Our suppliers work very hard in ensuring all of their products are perfect before being sent out to you. We understand that sometimes mistakes can occur during check out, so we will aim to confirm all orders and shipping details prior to placing the order with suppliers.

Due to the nature of custom products, unfortunately we are unable to process refunds or exchanges if there is a mistake during the check out process. In order to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you check all product sizes and colour preferences before completing your check out. In the unlikely event that the error was on our part, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

FAULTY GOODS

Our suppliers do their best to ensure all products are packed correctly to avoid any breakage during the delivery process. If your item is damaged, please send an email to info@luxebathroomproject.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. The email must contain your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges if you notice an error after ordering and your supplier has began manufacturing your order.
