Method of delivery

We offer courier fork lift delivery services for all our large orders including freestanding bath tubs and pedestal basins across Australia. 

For bulkier items – The delivery drivers will do their best to place the product in your home, however most deliveries are considered kerbside delivery. If access to a garage or driveway is easily accessible, they will attempt to deliver in this area.

Please note: Delivery drivers will NOT assist in moving the products in your home. E.g. up stairs, to the back of the property. It is recommended to have at least four people onsite to assist in moving bulkier items such as deliveries.

Cost

Pricing of delivery will vary depending on the location and weight of each product. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

FAULTY GOODS

Our suppliers do their best to ensure all products are packed correctly to avoid any breakage during the delivery process. If your item is damaged, please send an email to info@luxebathroomproject.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. The email must contain your order number and a clear photo of the damage.
